🎶🌍🎷🌴🔥 I can only warmly recommend that you give two ears to the discovery of Karousèl Spirit, the Indo-Oceanic project by the Jozéfinn’ Austral View collective led by guitarist Jean-Pierre Jozéfinn’. The Reunion native has brought together musicians from Madagascar, Mozambique, South Africa and, of course, Reunion Island, to offer a Creole jazz fusion that draws on the region’s traditional rhythms. This is already the collective’s second album, and Le Bananier bleu has been delighted with it!
