Sele Dutea – Emile Kangué, 1984

,

Emile Kangue is a living legend of makossa. An emblematic member of Black Styl alongside their leader, the late Nkotti François, he played bass and sometimes sang. However, he left the group after their tour of France and embarked on a solo career, following the success of Dikom La Moto in 1980. Sele Dutea came out in 1984, bringing together a brilliant team of talents including Toto Guillaume, Jules Kamga, Jean-Claude Naimro (he’s everywhere!), Aladji Touré… Another fiery record for a colourful Saturday night!
