Carnival In Trinidad Volume Five – Silver Stars Steel Orchestra, 1969

🎺🥁🪗🥾💃 But it’s Carnival! This year, let’s celebrate Mardi Gras in Trinidad with one of the island’s oldest steel drum orchestras. The Silver Stars Steelband Orchestra was formed in the early 1950s by two brothers, Junior and Edwin Pouchet, later joined by Selwyn Gomes. Their first album came out in 1960, and here is the 5th volume of this Carnival In Trinidad, for 1969. Happy Carnival to you all, and have a great parade!
