Touali Montredon unearthed these tapes of the group Likid Rock Stone, formed in the early 70s by Alain Jean-Marie, Winston Berkeley and Jean-Claude Montredon. Captured in concert in Martinique, with percussionist Charly Chomereau-Lamotte as a guest, the result remains more a document in terms of its quality, than an audiophile record. Its value is essentially historical, but the grooves we hear here make us regret that no valid recording of this group has ever been released.
