Les Rapaces, led by Lucien Tantin and Georges Azaria, and featuring Jacques Caloda among others, are one of the groups that have left their mark on the history of rhythm in the West Indies. It was a time when names like Les Léopards, Les Vikings and Les Aiglons stood for strength and pride. Here is their very first album, released in 1976, featuring Nou Cail Mayé, and the festive Espoir, which got Guadeloupe dancing.
